
ADDITIONAL TAX RETURN INFORMATION FORMS MENU
We have developed this system to make it easy for you to send us the additional information we need to complete your tax return.
You can access this form menus page at any time by clicking on the red SECURE FORMS MENU' button above.
Please fill in the information on the forms (from the yellow forms menu at the right) that your assisting ITP Tax Consultant has requested and any others you feel may apply to you. Simply transfer the information from your original documents & records to each form, then click on the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form.
There is no limit on how many forms you can send to us: e.g. If you have a number of payment summaries from different employers simply send a form for each one. Do the same if you have a number of rental properties - i.e. a form for each rental property, or if you have sold some shares just submit a separate form for each share sale.
If you have trouble with any of the form questions, please don't stress. Just do your best and then submit the form. Your assisting ITP Tax Consultant will work with you to get it right. We can access quite a lot of your basic information through our online tax agent portal to the ATO.
When you click on a SUBMIT button, the information on the form will be immediately sent to your assisting ITP Tax Consultant for processing.
If your assisting ITP Tax Consultant has any further questions or advice, you will be contacted by email or by phone.
When you have provided all necessary information, your tax return will be completed and emailed to you for your signature, along with your payment options.
Upon payment, your tax return will be electronically lodged with The Australian Tax Office.
For your protection, this is a secure website (all page addresses commence with 'https'). In addition, all information you provide is up to 256 bit encrypted.
